  • Do all Seed packs come with seeds?
    All seed packs come with seeds except the DIY. DIY option comes with 10 prefolded, custom, ready to assemble card 10 pre cut strings 10 zip bags Charms are only offered with pre assembled ready to go packs.
  • What kind of seeds are in the seed packs?
    Wildflower seed packs include a mix of annual seeds. Considered the most easiest to grow wilflowers. A rainbow of colors, attractive to birds, bees and butterflies. Prefers full sun exposure; Suitable for ALL USDA Zones Plant in spring after danger of frost. or SUNFLOWER seed packs include organic black oil sunflower seeds. Easy to grow with beautiful golden sunflower heads that can be eaten or fed to brids. or Forget me not or ORGANIC BIRD SEED
  • What size are the bags inside that hold the seeds ?
    Most seed packs come with a 2 x 3 size zip bags that can be opened and reclosed. Can be saved for up to 2 years
  • Do I have to add names to my favor bags?
    If you wish your product to have no names or date just say "no info" or "leave blank" in names and info box.
  • How long before I get my order?
    Processing can take 3 - 5 days and shipping 3 - 5 days. Orders are filled first come first serve with emphasis on dates needed. PLEASE PUT DATE NEEDED when adding a product to your cart. If you order using the rush option, your order is usually printed, assembled and in the mail within 2 days. Your order will be shipped USPS priority unless express shipping is selected. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for regular orders RUSH orders can be to your door within the week, depending on time of order.
  • What if I do not like my custom item? Do you allow returns?
    Every effort is made to ensure your order is just as you expect. I want to be a part of making your event memorable. If your item is not printed as ordered, please contact me with information and photo for replacement or refund. If your item is damaged, please contact me with information and a photo of the damage for a refund or replacement. If your item has a misprint due to incorrect input of informtion while placing order please contact me for a discount on re order. You are resposible for custom information entered upon checkout.
