Average processing time is 3 - 5 days unless you choose RUSH which is 1 - 2 days

How long will delivery take?

Average shipping time is between 2 - 5 days unless an upgrade in shipping is selected.

Most seeds are shipped USPS priority with a 1-2 day shipping time.

How much is shipping?

Order amount  $1.00 - $100.00 is $8.50 standard   $100.00 and above = free standard shipping - USPS first class

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return & Exchange Policy

I gladly accept cancellations

Request a cancellation within: 5 hours of purchase Some items begin printing process as soon as 5 hours after order is placed. Once printing begins, order cannot be canceled. Please contact me if you are outside the 5 hour window as I will consider any cancellations outside this window on a case by case basis. If printing has not begun cancellations are always honored.

Due to the nature of custom items I don't accept returns or exchanges

What if my item is damaged or lost?

SweetBOriginals is always here to help with shipping issues. Please keep in mind we are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items, damages, or lost packages. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to acts of God that are out of our control, such as epic snowstorms, natural disasters, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes. Please take photos of any damaged items and be prepared to help fill out insurance forms. If time allows I will get a replacement to you asap. If time does not permit a placement you will be issued a full refund after insurance approves the claim.
